Dorothy Knox, the head of Hampton Roads Montessori School, hopes to raise $100,000 for the school by climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro in Tanzania, Africa. The tallest mountain in Africa, Mt. Kili's elevation reaches 19,340 feet.  Fewer than 50 percent of the climbers actually reach the summit. Aware of how arduous the task will be, Dorothy hopes that  monetary incentives for Hampton Roads Montessori  School will help her reach the top.  It is her hope that our HRMS family, parents, teachers and staff along with local businesses of our Hampton Roads Community will join in her endeavor to raise $20,000 in the overall fundraising goal of $100,000.
